That Cat A report:

As expected, another a year and another knock back, which means no parol either or progress. But I'm challenging this, hopefully it in a court of law, as it's unacceptable, it's unjust and totally insane! Mass killers at don't stay on Cat A like I do! Even terrorists come off Cat A. Gangsters, bank robbers, all come off Cat A. So why am I kept on it, with no real reason? 

It now needs looking into once and for all, as my life is being sucked dry; a I feel myself being slowly buried. 

The facts are for all to see:

• My life sentence tariff is only three years.
• I've served well over that.
• I have been out of trouble for five years.
• I have not attempted to escape for 20 years.

How am I a danger to the public? Somebody tell me? 

Let a judge decide it ... as that lot up in HQ couldn't sort out a piss-up in a brewery! 

I see Judge Moss is retiring from Luton court. He's the one who lifed me off. I have no bad feelings towards him, although he was wrong not to except my duress plea and to sentence me to life. But I did respect him for allowing me to defend myself without the handcuffs on ... other judges usually demand that I be kept in restraint. 

How about the bras and panties for the sex killers here in Wakefield! Taxpayers' money too! Thank fuck I'm in a cage isolated away from the filthy perverts. It beggars belief that prison bosses can allow such things. It is a disgrace. Are we not in prison to be punished? All this bollocks chews me up. I'm actually embarrassed to be in a jail that's giving out bras and panties. What the fuck am I doing here? Even Broadmoor wasn't this insane!!! 

My new book is in WH Smith's on the 8th August and its expected to be a big seller. 

Mal just sent me a photo of his little girl playing with a squirrel in the garden. Best photo of seen for years. True-life. It's amazing. The look on her face. 

Had a nice visit last weekend from Clare and Lillie. We had a good laugh, a lovely chocolate milkshake and a cake or two. Thank God I have my visits away from the monsters, as Lillie is only 10 years old. This jail is full of sex killers! Not a nice place for a kid to visit is it? 

I've got Lorraine and Andy up on the 24th and I'm looking forward to that as I have not seen her in five years (far too long) and I haven't seen Andy in six years, so all be great to see them both. Lorraine is my lucky star. 

Just have a letter from Channel 4: of a documentary is being done on Sairah. How many fucking times does this divorce have to keep coming up? Liz Taylor done it eight times and but you don't hear her go on about it, do you? Sairah is a sad sad pathetic bitch... a nobody trying to be a somebody. She will be on that big brother. If she does, vote the nutcase off as she will bore you to death. 

Great news on Vic Dark winning his trial. A guilty would have lifed him off and life for him would have meant an old age pension release, so well done Vic. A magic result! 

Roll on my European Court case. Fuck the lottery, all I want is to go home! 

Here are two poems for all to see, sent to me by Wyn Thompson, one called "What's Up Doc", about that slag Shipman and the other is called "Whatever". Wyn is a great poet and I keep telling her to compile them all and do a book. 

I see that an Irish woman (a mother of six) just won 70 million quid. What a piss-up! Well done Lady! Why don't you buy this unit I'm on and sort me out some home leave. 70 Mill? What a win! 

Anyway, I hope you'll enjoy my new book "Heroes and Villains". I've not even seen it myself yet as Blake, the publishers, haven't even sent me the photo layout. I have no idea what photos they have put in. Very ignorant, if you ask me. It's my book and they can't even confirm to me what photos are going in it. Blake wouldn't dare treat me with such contempt if I was free. I despise ignorant people. No need for it. As long as I've got a hole in my arse they will never get another cartoon from me. May Satan strike me down dead on that (note, I never said God there). I say religion is a cult of madness. Look at those London Bombers, all going to heaven for 18 virgins. Are they real or on day release from Rampton?
