CHARLIE GETS APPEAL DENIED

Mark Emmins... Some really bad news came to my door this morning, This brought a lump
to my throat,as many will know, Charlie has been waiting for an appeal on his trial from 2000,
he has now served 5 years over his sentence with no improvements to his conditions. He does
not hold much hope on his parole hearing in august this year and was backing on the appeal to give
him his deserved freedom. I know Charlie well and I know how much he was wanting this appeal.
what follows in this article is a statement to you all from Charlie and the legal documents that explain
the courts decisions. .. Now black and white facts would have secured Charlies freedom at a court of
appeal facts being, he has served his sentence and given another 5 years to the penal system, he has
had no other form of trouble whilst seving this sentence and proved that he has left his past in the past.
I have always had a dark thought in my head that someone, somewhere just does not want Charlie to eve
r be freed and this document basically proves to me that they just dont want to help him to freedom and
would rather keep him as a zoo piece. Prison is about serving your sentence, rehabilitation and improving and
changing your ways. Charlie has done all of this, so why are they denying him any chances of freedom.
why dont these so called officials just go to charlies cell and sit and talk with him and get to know the guy?.
why do these people insist on making the public believe that Charles is a danger to the public? the truth is,
he has never been a danger to the public, as his troubles all happened in prison. and after serving his
sentences he is still treated in this barbaric way. I get emails of support for Charles all the time and I
appreciate everyone of them, but I feel its now time for true supporters to start backing him in other
ways other than just emails and letters of support lets see who you really are. This man has had enough
of prison, and he needs US, his supporters and friends to start banging on doors. its now time for you to
do something or disapear, letters of support are just not enough anymore. its now time to see who his
true supporters are. stand up and be counted or just go away and keep reading your gangster books.
This is a human being that needs our help. SO DO SOMETHING possitive for him. there are t- shirts ,
mugs, stickers, you could make banners, spray walls.. anything to get the message across, so rather
than just write to him in the hope of getting some free art instead of paying for it to go to charities
and help his campaign try showing your true support for him. so to all those asking what they can do to
help the campaign "hey charlie Im backin you all the way" emails .. there is your answer, get out there
and show you really do care about the guy! . because so far the lack of support he is getting from people
that say they support him, is helping to keep him there. Charlie has a great family, a mother that has not been
able to cuddle her own son, a brother who has ben very ill recently, and Charles also has a Son that he needs to
spend time with. These people are innocent victims in this game of human Chess as is Charlie now.
This is a game to the home office and they disgust me for their sickening behaviour towards Charlie.
if you want to see charlie dead then just gas his cell and get it over with..
dont let a man rot that is now an innocent man! I came onto this campaign by seeing the truth about Charles
and ended up doing this site amongst other things I do for him unselfishly. and will continue to bang on doors
for him and do whatever I can to help an innocent man out. "what will you do?" "how far are any of
you willing to go to help?" in my eyes, its time to back him and help him or just get on with your lives, I wont rest
until Charles is free. I dont know how some people can live with themselves knowing the truth about Charles.

I recieved this today (10th May 2008) it's the ultimate kick in the nuts that deep down I
expected. To say I am gutted would be an understatement! . I am deeply and truely devestated..
but life goes on.

Its been years of dreams ripped away!...

"The old saying comes to mind " The judicial and penal system all shit in the same pot
( sums it all up for me in a nut shell) I have waited years for this and I have finally got it.
I want to thank all my legal team especially Giovanni and James Lewis QC. for their hard work
on it and belief and trust in me.And a big thanks to the "FreeBronson" supporters for all their solid backing.
BUT THE DREAM STOPS TODAY !
In a strange sense I feel relieved and free of all the false dreams.
I'm a man who prefers the truth and the realities of life!!
"My only freedom can only come now with parole"....and that's only more false dreams,
i'm not prepared to dwell on.

The system has finally got it's way and taken it all away.
This is everything, but my belief in myself.
I will continue to survive and become a stronger and better man.

I predict another 10yrs or more before the powers that be will free me on parole.
Then they will humiliate me by forcing me into some doss house of a prison hostel full of tramps,
smack heads and nonces.

Telling me what i can and can't do...who I can and can't see...How much money i can spend or
can't spend. "It's all about control and power and crushing soul's"

Behind this door...I am in control of my world!!

Maybe this could be the last stop.

Right now.....I really don't give a fuck....
