Who doesn't know of Roy Shaw? This is him (above) at my Derby Free Bronson Show and that's Big John Beeching's wife, Glynis ... a lovely lady.

Roy's been in my corner for years and he's never given up hope of me getting out, coz he knows that it's now a liberty. Anyone with a brain can see that it's a joke. In fact, it's become a political case, similar to Ronnie Biggs' case. HQ don't want to let us out. They want to make examples of us, these nasty, gutless, spineless pratts.

Roy is another inspiration. He got out of jail 35 years ago and turned his life around. You have got to give it to the man. Total respect to him. Roy's one of the top men I want a pint with ... and with some luck it's not far off!
