This was one of the last photos taken of Joe with his great friend Ronnie Fields.

Joe's now passed on and our lives are not the same. He was a man amongst men.

My Lorraine attended the send off this week. She always goes representing me, but she also loved Joe and Joe was always nice to her. Joe was nice to everybody. Obviously there are some people you can't be nice to, but them sort Joe soon sussed out and fucked 'em off!

I must say now that the movie being made this year about my life is all down to Joe Pyle. Joe sorted it. And the reason the film is being done is simple: to show the liberties and expose the corrupt system. Guy Pearce is playing me. I said to Joe: "I don't give a fuck who plays me, but make sure he don't mug me off on my press-ups!" Joe said: "Sorted!"

There's little that can be added on Joe Pyle that hasn't already been said, but I've got one last thing to say:
