His book "Respect" says it all. I've never met anyone who doesn't respect Fred.

I last saw him in Full Sutton max secure unit back in 1990. I had a good Christmas with Fred ... we ate like Kings. Ronnie Kray always said "Fred's the Best!" and Ron was never wrong. Fred is the BEST! There's a lot of plastic gangsters with serious brain damage but great actors, but, take it from me, Freddie Foreman is the real thing. An "old timer" now, but you best not mess with this guy. He is still capable of breaking your jaw in three places with one crack. Plus, if he were to miss, I'd do it for him.
