I lost my brother John some time back. He died of a brain tumor and it was a big loss to me ... and then Big John arrived - all thirty stone of him. John's a real brother to me. He's just a one-off buddy. Clock the tattoos on the back of his head and his fists:

This guy would cut his limbs off to see me face, that's how loyal he is to my fight for justice. Thirty stone of brotherhood!

Well, not quite! He's now twenty stone. John lost ten stone over using my Solitary Fitness book. He says my training tips have helped save his life, as thirty stone was just so unhealthy and sluggish, his heart was under too much stress.

John has a lovely wife, Glynis. Both visit me. Our visits are more like family reunions. Always happy times. I am so lucky to have suck lovely friends.

John and me have so much in common, it's amazing. We both like nature, we both appreciate art and we are both motivated by inspirational things. John is a tough working class man with high morals, who don't take no shit from anybody. He could easily crush a man's windpipe with one squeeze ... but he's known as the Gentle Giant.

For me he's my brother and I'm proud to have him as my friend. TOP GEEZER!
