Following on from his Parole knock-back Charlie has received another kick in the teeth. The Cat 'A' Review decided NOT to downgrade him!

It seems to be based on spitting at an officer ... obviously viewed as the act of a highly dangerous man!!!

MAL'S NOTES:

"smashing the Gym up" ... errr ... he smashed two light bulbs!

"... assaulting staff and threats to kill staff" does not really stand up against their previous statement: "he generally interacts well with staff" I wonder if that makes the Tornado officers that threatened to kill him Cat 'A'?

I have NO idea what Charlie's outside support, demonstrations or film have to do with his possible decategorisation!

Once again, where is ANY mention of Charlie's support for charities and victims of violent crime?
