STEVE FIGHTS BACK
Steve Swatton, who is organising the
Bronson Challenge,
is taking the Prison Service to The European Court of Human
Rights. Steve, a staunch friend of Charlie's, was banned
from visiting him, although he has no prison record and no
reason has been given. This is obviously the way to go for
any of us that have been banned.
Steve started off quite normally by writing to the prison
and his MP, then to the government and finally to the Queen
... who passed it back down to the Home Office.

Unhappy with the responses he received and being seemingly
shunted from pillar to post, Steve decided to write to The
European Court of Human Rights. Here is their response:

I'll keep you informed as to
Steve's progress, but now the European Court of Human Rights
is involved, I don't expect the case to last very long
before Steve gets what he wants: the simple RIGHT to visit
his friend!
